Claims

To start the claims process, simply call us or email claims@coverdirect.ca. We will send you a claim form to be completed, signed, and returned to us. The claim will then be reviewed as quickly as possible.


If we need more information, the person making the claim might be contacted. After your claim is approved, we will pay the benefit amount to the person legally entitled to it.

Hopefully you’ll never have reason to complain but if you do, we will do our best to work with you to resolve it quickly.
